To request and receive a refund:
You must contact us by phone at 530-263-8285 to inform us you are requesting a return and refund.
You have followed all the directions and used all the products outlined and described in the instructions accordingly.
For hot tub products, you must have used all recommended products such as the Spa Prep, Hose Pre Filter, Spa Drops, and Micron Sleeve to receive a refund.
(For example, if you just used the Spa Drops in your spa or didn’t use the Hose Pre Filter, the guarantee is void)
You have allowed us a chance to help you troubleshoot over the phone to help resolve any problems you may be having. 530-263-8285
The Items must arrive at our facility within the 90 day period of purchase date.
Only one of each product that was opened and used will be refunded.
(For example, if you purchased two bottles of Spa Prep, only one of them will be refunded.)
You may return unopened and unused products for a refund as long as they arrive in good condition. We will provide a refund minus the cost of shipping these items to you originally.
You must return “all” empty and partially filled bottles along with all other products that you are wanting to be refunded.
Package the returned items in a dry, clean, and protected manner to prevent damage during shipping. Be sure the Hose Pre Filter has been allowed to drain and dry out all the way by placing it on end in a dry warm place.
Provide your name and the order number within the package of returned items.

If your order arrives at our facility without any of these conditions met, we are no longer obligated to refund your order either in part or full.
Customer pays return postage.
Once we have received the items in conditions mentioned above, we will issue you a refund within 48 business hours in the same manner in which you purchased them.
